Discount Codes:
Discount codes must be applied at the point of purchase and can only be used while valid, no extensions. They cannot be added or applied after an order has been placed.

Changing or Canceling an Order: 
Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or canceled. Please follow the return policy for items that needs returned, which includes an entire order. 

Shipping Info

Willow & Birch Salon Online: 

Items will ship via USPS within 2-4 business days. Shipping fees are based on weight of the products and vary per product. You can select the option you prefer upon checkout. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Willow & Birch is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. Please contact your local shipper if any issue arises. In addition, these items are available for local in store pick at our Springfield location. Pick up is available during regular business hours and you will be notified once the order is ready for pick up. 

The Boutique Online:

These items are available for shipping only as they ship from an offsite warehouse. With these items, $10 flat rate shipping is available and shipping is free for orders over $99! Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and 5-7 days for shipment.  

Defective Item:

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at info@willowandbirchsalon.com within 2 business days of delivery of your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. We will then advise you on next steps on a case by case basis. 

Return Policies 

In Store Boutique & Professional Products: 

Returns or exchanges are offered within 14 days of purchase. Boutique purchases must have original tags and show no signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant residue, no animal hair or unpleasant fragrance. Clearance, Sale & Vendor items are final sale, excluding promotions. Past 14 days from purchase, returns or exchanges will not be allowed. 

Salon Services: 

We value each & every client who walks through the door, therefore we guarantee all of our services.  Please contact us by calling our front desk team at (217) 726-7050 within 7 days of receiving your service if you are unsatisfied. A member of our management team will be in contact to resolve the issue directly. 

The Boutique Online: 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery of the order. Items being returned must be post marked within 7 days of delivery or they will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Items must arrive in original condition and shoe boxes must be packaged in a box to protect original packaging. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return. You will be notified once the return has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to show back to the original form of payment as every payment institution is different. Please include the following information within the return package:
